"We stay here a couple times a year and always look forward to our visit. Staff is top notch, rooms are very nice, the lounge is great (just wish the menu was expanded). We will be back again when we pass through this coming weekend!"
Grand Canyon Plaza Hotel-South Rim

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the room upgrade. The only reason this place doesn’t get 5stars is because it’s out dated. Also, the bedroom lights were confusing as you had to get out of bed to turn the lights on or off from a switch in the hallway."

"I was really pleasantly surprised by the room amenities. It felt so luxurious compared to most other hotel experiences I have had. I was disappointed I didn't win at the casino - but I would go there again just to feel like a princess in my own suite. I had the free breakfast brunch offer and I was amazed at how delicious the food was...far above the standard buffet. I recommend it. My only concern was perhaps offering some kind of cover for the plates, so the food stays warm. Thanks to all the staff and the friendly guests that were easy to meet."

"Nice location and a comfortable room. Nice staff throughout the property including the food court. The only small problem we had was the the balcony. Our unit faced another lodge's porch directly, so was did not feel comfortable enough to be sitting out. All in all, a great stay."
