Quiet, no traffic or railroad noise. Single story, park right at your door. Modest, older, but everything works great value. The bed is comfortable.

Room was moderately clean. Ok for a motel at this price. stayed for two nights and only had one tiny packet of shampoo. It wasn't even enough for one hair wash, let alone multiple. Thankfully I did bring my own. Blankets and had some tears, and stains etc. Not the cleaning vibe. Staff was very friendly. Biggest issue is the noise level. The walls must be made out of paper mache because you can hear the people in the room next to you, you can hear doors slamming, cars coming in and out all night long. If you're a light sleeper like me, definitely bring some good ear plugs. The wifi was usable and the heat and SC worked fine. Overall I wouldn't stay here again unless it was my only option.

Nice and accommodating staff. Clean simple room. Quieter tgan I expected for being near a major road. Easy to find convenient location. I think this is my new go-to hotel for when we visit our son at NAU.

6/10 Okay

Clean rooms very spacious short distance to shopping and dinning but were charged additional fees for an extra bed which was already included in the booking price so we were cheated out of extra money when we had paid for two beds in the booking fee

Lowest price place for a quick stay. Our issue is with the factory plastic covering left on the mattress under the mattress protector. It really was so loud and kept us up from the noise when we’d move around. Also the bed only had a flat sheet which moved all around. Besides that, the place was clean and staff friendly.
