The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and a renovated en-suite bathroom that features new vanities, worktops, and a shower enclosure.
The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and provides access to the main hallway bathroom. Furthermore, for added convenience, a twin air mattress, a pack-n-play cot, and a sofa sleeper located in the loft area are available.
Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI, in unit washing machine and dryer, private deck and fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided.

Located just 1 mile from the ski lodge, dining options, pool, fitness centre, and 2 miles from the golf course, it is perfect for enjoyment throughout the year. Granby Ranch offers great year round activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, golfing, hiking and mountain biking. We are 3 miles from the town of Granby, 20 miles from either Winter Park or Grand Lake.
Guests need to arrange their own transport as the unit is not on any public transport. There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilising either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
