After adventure, light the fireplace, stream a movie, and grill dinner as the sun sets. Sleeps 6 (plus infant) with a king suite and a bunk + trundle room. There is a community fire pit and seating area outside the condo building that is available for use. There are also community grills by the fire pit. The community Ranch Hall, located next to the condo complex, is available for guest use and features a heated pool and hot tub that are available year-round. You will need to purchase a daily guest pass at the pool for $20 per person/per day. Children 8 and under are free. For a pass to be issued you must provide proof that you are staying in this home. The welcome email or the confirmation email, showing the address, should suffice. Granby Ranch requires a paid day pass and signed waiver for guest use of the community Ranch Hall and community trails. See their website for details.
