The Winter Park area gives you access to more hiking and biking trails than any other area in the Rocky Mountains. The closest trail is only three minutes up the road from the house. The local area also offers mountain biking, river rafting, four golf courses, fishing, off-roading, boating, as well as activities at the base of Winter Park Ski resort.
