With multi-level decks, a hot tub, lake views, games, grilling, and smart TVs in every bedroom, Sage Cove is a laid-back lake escape made for families and groups. Sage Cove is a relaxed, multi-level lake house located on a naturally protected private cove on the outskirts of Granbury. Set back from the wind and wash of passing boats, the calm water directly in front of the home creates a peaceful lake experience that’s especially well suited for families, casual swimmers, and kayakers. This is not a cookie-cutter HOA home — it’s a true lake house with character, space to spread out, and multiple indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy Lake Granbury at your own pace.
