Excellent cleanliness, comfort, great location, super helpful and corteous staff!!! The only thing they should have is iron and ironing board in every room instead of having to request it. But other than that, I will be back!!! Thumbs up to this amazing boutique hotel.

From walking through the door until leaving the staff in the Hotel were amazing. The Hotel is an hidden gem right in the heart of the city. Room was very comfortable with one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in, plus the air conditioning was on another level. The breakfast was really really good and the guy who looked after us made sure everything was available and the choice for a small Hotel was unbelievable. There is a lovely atrium with comfortable seats which offers free drinks and snacks which I thought was a lovely touch, especially when there was a jar full of Haribo to help yourself too.

Loved the free drinks available all hours & the central location & fab view, from the 5th floor. A calm oasis. Disliked the organisation of the bathroom - lots of floor space, bath with shower & separate shower but trendy sink with hardly any space to put toiletries & cosmetics - is just not been thought through for female use, which is a shame.

I love this hotel. My first stay there. I chose it for its location and reviews. I like to be in a historic center near a cathedral and this was perfect. The staff is nice and attentive. The hotel is spotless. Breakfast is excellent.
