We’ve just returned home from nine nights at the Servatur Don Miguel, and were thoroughly impressed. We stayed in room 201, which was on the second floor above the bar, and super easy to get to. Our friends were in 266 - be prepared for a long walk if your room is 30 or above! Suite was spacious, bed comfortable, could have done with a few more facilities - a kettle and iron would be been very well received. Air con good, if a little noisy, but the room was clean and well decorated to a basic standard. Right next to the Yumbo so be prepared for some noise late into the night, but we were there for the nightlife so this wasn’t an issue. The blackout curtains in the room were brilliant, especially when sleeping off a hangover until early afternoon! Staff brilliant, friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay, will be returning next year!

Everyone is hard working and professional, polite. Breakfast is amazing with so many choices. Great bars, poolside. WiFi was intermittent for 3 days, they did their best! Highly, highly recommend!!!! Gran Canaria did not disappoint!!! Will miss island and hotel!!

Clean, comfortable, good shower, comfortable bed,good tv. Food in the self service dining room was excellent with lots of choice and the room was large, not given justice in the photos.All the staff were helpful and welcoming.

Good standard 3☆ hotel
Travelled as a couple, took the no 66 bus from the airport, very easy. Nice welcome, as we arrived early we were shown a room to change to use the pool facilities. Lots of sunbeds available. Very reasonably priced drinks. Lovely room overlooking the pool

Everything about my stay was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Facilities on site were great - I especially loved the pool area which is where I spent most days. And best of all it’s in a central and vibey area. Already planning my return.

Great hotel in a great location
Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good with everything you might want - wide range of hot food, cold meat and cheese, breads, pastries, fruit and a selection of hot and cold drinks. Our bedoom was a little on the small size. Fine for our weekend stay but possibly a little small for a two week holiday. It was clean and comfortable though. The bathroom was a good size and the balcony was big enough to easily fit a table and two chairs. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent. It's a 5 min walk to Yumbo Centre and an easy 30 min walk to beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel, would give 5 but evening meal food wasn’t very good, and rude member of staff ruined one of my evening meal experience … although rest of staff amazing. Great location, Fab Pool area with no problem getting a sunbed anytime of day.

Great centrally located hotel within short walk of the main Yumbo centre. Lovely friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and have a small fridge you can use. There are no kettles, so if you like your cuppa in the room bring a small travel one. Music can be a bit loud around terrace and pool area when you just want to read and listen to your own music

Great value stay in Gran Canaria, Good location - lots of bars shops restaurants within walking distance. Bus stop and taxi rank outside for locations further away. Food was good - stayed half board, Breakfast and dinner tasty with themed evenings Chinese/Asian, Mexican, Canarian etc. Staff were always friendly and at hand to sort out any issues (we didn’t like the initial room given and it was sorted with out fuss). Rooms cleaned daily. Bar prices reasonable (if your on a tighter budget there’s a supermarket less than 50 meters from the hotel).sure the hotel was tired in some areas however as we usually stay at RUI or Lopesan hotels when in Gran Canaria we we’re pleasantly surprised at the value for money this hotel offered given the price difference from our usual hotels. TIP - pay the extra £30 for pool rooms much better views.

A centrally located hotel with good facilities. Exactly what I was looking for for my stay which was business. Included breakfast was good. Overall for an inexpensive hotel it was excellent and gave me everything I needed. Caveat would be as a holiday hotel it’s rooms are possibly a bit confined for a long stay.

I had a wonderful experience at Servatur Don Miguel hotel. It has a excellent location, walking distance to yumbo Centre etc. it has a awesome swimming pool with a large sun bathing area. Hotel staff is very professional and friendly. Check in/out very easy and smooth. I highly recommended this hotel!

This property needs updating the bathrooms are appalling. I changed my room several times. Some staff members are friendly and helpful, others are not. Stephanie from another hotel was there to cover staff and she was extremely helpful. I wouldnt stay there again and it is because of the condition of the rooms.

Dirty and noisy hotel
We checked and was given a room next to reception no sound proofing door had a 2cm cap too Very noisy through out the night with people walking in and everyone had to come past our room. Cleaning team were loud waking us up with laughing and joking with reception because they don't close the doors Air con fan not working. The balcony was above the restaurant too so we could hear dinners ratting in evening and early morning Room is very old fashioned only one plug on the left and side of the bed Ask a room past number 28

Quick check in and out. Single stay room was spacious enough, single bed though( id prefer a double bed for better comfort) Cleaners were great. Wc was bit outdated and lighting was poor at wc. I had only breakfast, good choice of food. I didnt go to the pool (was packed when i got there) or night bar( heard there were daily shows)

Short Break
Good hotel overall. Rooms a little on the small side but clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet has a huge choice. Pool area has plenty of sunbeds. Very central and close to Yumbo. Worth paying for a pool view room otherwise you could be overlooking the busy and noisy road.
