2 bedroom holiday home, designed specifically for short or long stay tourist rental, exclusive free WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING, WASHING MACHINE, just 2 minutes walk from the YUMBO Center, just 10 minutes from the beach, unbeatable location, close to restaurants, supermarkets, bars, pharmacy, bus stops for any part of the island, cab ranks, everything you need you will find it very close.The house is fully equipped, appliances, bed linen, towels, towels for the pool, kitchen utensils, Gel, etc ....



In the heart of Playa del Ingles, with lots of natural light, just 2 minutes walk from the YUMBO shopping center and the main leisure areas of southern Gran Canaria. In my little corner you will find everything you need to spend a few days of real relaxation and comfort. Very cozy accommodation, ideal for couples, it is a very quiet place. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

It has a double bed in one room, and 2 single beds in the second room. Our guests praise our beds.The kitchen has an oven and microwave.In the living room you can enjoy Smart Tv and exclusive WiFI, in the living room table you will find the data to connect.

The building has swimming pools and common areas that guests can enjoy. In the surroundings of the building you will find all the necessary transport services to move around, Large supermarket, several restaurants, such as Restaurant Allende with varied and creative food, on Tirajana Avenue, the Italian restaurant Rimini with several quality awards, also Restaurant El Carretón, Restaurant Allende 22º, Restaurant Donosty. on the same avenue of the building,

Ideal for Yumbo Centre

The apartment couldn't be better located for the Yumbo Centre - a haven for nightlife and restaurants/bars. The associated noise from the centre is to be expected - we took ear plugs which we needed as we were sleeping on the Yumbo side of the apartment. Air conditioning only in one bedroom could prove a problem for any persons in the twin room in the height of summer. The only thing we thought odd was the surplus/oversized furniture in the lounge and the lack of chairs on the terrace - an apartment that sleeps four or six people should have at least two collapsible chairs or stools for additional seating on the terrace. Overall though, a great vacation.
