Our mobile homes are located in the back of the campsite - in a quiet location, right on the Loisach. They are designed in an ecological wooden frame construction and as a low-energy house. The terrace leads directly into the living and dining area with a modern, open kitchen. Adjacent to one side is a separate bedroom (lying area 1.90m by 1.60m), opposite the bathroom. In the living room there is a second sleeping possibility on the gallery (1.80m by 1.30m). This is made possible by a loft-like ceiling height of almost 3 meters - a unique living experience in nature! The furnishings consist of high-quality fittings and furniture, and of course a gas fireplace ensures cozy winter evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and dishes. In this wonderful atmosphere, we deliberately avoided installing a TV, free WiFi is available for this. Bed linen for every season and towels are provided. In addition to the covered wooden terrace, there is an exposed patio on the roof - unique, with a magnificent view of the Zugspitze. Our guests can use all services of the campsite on site, including: a. the separate ski room with boot warmers, WiFi and also the wellness and sauna area of the partner campsite, Camping Resort Zugspitze. The bus stop is right on the square, grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. "Camping Experience Zugspitze" is located in Grainau near Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the center of a fantastic holiday world with countless leisure activities. Enjoy excursion destinations such as the impressive mountains of the Werdenfelser Land, the market town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen with its rich cultural offerings or the King Ludwig castles in the region. Die Sitzmöbel sind leider durchweg unbequem, was den Aufenthalt diesbezüglich unbequem femacht hat. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen Sie gerne weiter. It's a great way to disconnect while having modern day amenities. They do have wifi, but it's hit or miss. A lot to do in the area, so it you want to camp without bring all the supplies, this is a great spot. It was chilly while we were there, so we couldn't enjoy the rooftop view but it really would have been nice to enjoy after a long day of sightseeing. Stayed 4 nights in Mar 2019 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Andreas B. 19 Feb 2019 #### Großartige Fewo mit einzigartigem Bergblick Wir hatten einen ganz tollen kurzen 6-Tages Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Das Mobilehome hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Lage des Ganzjahrescampingplatzes ist für ein Urlaub perfekt, auch wenn die Unterkunft absolut nichts mit Camping zu tun hat. Direkt vor dem Platz ist fußläufig Aldi und Rewe. Das Zentrum von Garmisch und Grainau ist 1-2 km entfernt. Nachts ist die Anlage relativ hell und nicht einsam bzw. abgelegen, wie wir erst beführchtet hatten. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Der Blick auf die Berge ist atemberaubend. Beim offenen Fenster nachts hört man beruhigend das Rauschen des hinter dem Haus gelegenen Flusses. Das Haus hat eine sehr komfortable Echtholz Möbelausstattung, eine Küche und ein modernes Duschbad. Wirklich alles sehr gut, liebevoll und praktisch gemacht. Der Gaskamin macht den Abend auf Knopfdruck sehr gemütlich. Die Vorort Betreuung durch das Servicepersonal und die übrige Abwicklung (Schlüssel, Kurtaxe etc) war sehr nett. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub. ##### Andreas B. ---
