"I looked at many properties before deciding on the Landhaus Steinbrech and I must say I am glad that I did. The check in was a more or less self check in. The apartment was spacious with a huge wrap around balcony with view of the Zupspitze. It was very quiet there and relaxing. We had chairs, tables ..."

"Check in was disappointing and the room was mediocre with one pillow on the bed that was stained with blood and yellow. There was an elevator but guests are not allowed to use. So be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs. The shower and tub were great, and the view from our room was amazing."

"I didn’t get to go to this hotel because of COVID-19, but I was very impressed at how they proactively helped me when I thought I had canceled my reservation but it turned out I had only canceled 1 of the 3 rooms. They did not charge me a no-show fee and canceled the other two rooms for me. Great ..."

"Efficient and pleasant staff. Nice calm atmosphere. Clean and very good breakfasts (we didn't eat dinner in so cannot comment on that). Only minor issue and it could have been my fault is that I couldn't get the air con to cool the room as cool as I would like it."

"The welcome was warm and friendly, and an upgraded room with a great view of the castle an added bonus. The location for all the sights in the town was perfect, and the room facilities made for a comfortable and memorable stay. Dinner in the restaurant was good, again with friendly service, and the choice of items in the breakfast menu was excellent, probably the best we’ve experienced in a long time. Checkout was again efficient and friendly, and we’d definitely recommend the Müller for visits to the area."

"Need coffee in room. Breakfast is to regulated. Need toffer 2 prices… full and continental.
The rules around guests in rooms are draconian. We fortunately encountered an sct of God to allow 2 of my kids from Rome to surprise us and stay. Well, plus extra charges for absolutely nothing."
"We loved the Hotel Hirsch, where we spent three nights. The decor was especially lovely - combination of alpine feel with beautiful art glass, restful pale green colors, and light woods. The restaurant food was tasty and breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The only drawback was the comforters were European-style - with no top sheet. We closed windows at night to keep street noises out, but even though temps were cool outside, we ended up sweating inside. Also, we could have used shampoo/conditioner (easily solved by bringing our own). I We would return to the Hotel Hirsch."
