Here you can feel at home and switch off from day one. The approximately 119 m² semi-detached house consists of 3 floors. On the first floor you will find a bright living room with stove and cozy dining area as well as a separate, well-equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine. On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and balcony with a wonderful view of the Zugspitze as well as a modern bathroom with bathtub and bidet. The second bedroom with a bed measuring 1.40 x 2.00 m is located on the lower floor and has its own bathroom with shower. On the terrace adjoining the living room with a small garden area, you not only have the opportunity to relax, but can also enjoy long barbecue evenings... There is a washer-dryer and a storage room in the house, and you can park your car comfortably and protected from the weather in the underground garage. The location in the Untergrainau district offers perfect opportunities for a variety of activities at any time of the year: long walks and hikes at the bottom of the Zugspitze, mountain bike tours past crystal-clear lakes and blooming mountain meadows as well as unlimited skiing and snowboarding fun in winter. Cross-country ski trails and the "Zugspitze" and "Garmisch Classic" ski areas entice you with varied slopes and unique impressions. Just a few minutes' walk away in the center of Grainau you will find various shopping facilities, the Zugspitze train station, the swimming and outdoor pool, the Kurhaus, a minigolf course and much more. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft perfekt gereinigt und nach unseren Wünschen vorbereitet worden, der Kontakt zu Frau Skinner war sehr angenehm. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, der kleine Wohnraum war uns zu vollgestellt mit recht unbequemen Möbeln, aber das ist sicherlich Geschmacksache und ich habe dann eben abends noch im Bett gelesen. Das Ferienhaus bietet alles was man braucht, ist sehr sauber und der Ausblick ist phantastisch. Wir waren für eine Woche mit unseren Kindern und Hunden im Oktober da und wir wären gerne länger geblieben und wollten garnicht nach Hause. Einfach ankommen und wohlfühlen.... Es gibt tolle Wanderwege, vieles ist Fussläufig erreichbar oder innerhalb weniger Fahrminuten mit dem PKW. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Ab Grainau gibt es viele tolle Ausflugsziele die man mit dem Rad problemlos erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Vom Schlafzimmer aus der Blick auf die Zugspitze ist fantastisch! Alles lief unkompliziert und genau wie in den Mehreren Informationsmail beschrieben. Als besonders angenehm empfand ich die nutzbare Tiefgarage. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist sehr liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Einzig das Kaffeekochen war nicht unser Ding. Hier sollte evtl. über die Anschaffung einer richtigen Kaffeemaschine o.ä. nachgedacht werden. Alles in Allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder! ##### Henry K. Das Ferienhaus hat wirklich alles was man braucht - auch um sich selbst zu versorgen. In der kleinen Küche sind alle Utensilien, die man so benötigt, vorhanden. Zusätzlich kann man den Grill im Garten benutzen. Im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit angeschlossenem Garten lassen sich gesellige Abend verbringen. Unsere Hündin war ebenfalls mit dabei und fühlte sich hier sehr wohl. Überzeugend ist auch die sehr gute Lage dieses Ferienhauses direkt am Fuße der Zugspitze in Grainau. Von dort kann man alle Ausflugsziele in der Region in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr erreichen. ##### Alexandra W. Schöne Terrasse mit Bergblick, unkomplizierter check in und check out über Schlüsseltresor. Prima war auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Auto ist eigentlich überflüssig, Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke.
