The cozy holiday apartment "Alpspitze" is one of 5 apartments in the apartment house "Enzian" in the beautiful village Grainau.
The approximately 88 m², modernly furnished apartment for up to 6 persons is located on the first floor of the house and consists of a bright living/dining area with open kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with bunk beds and a modern bathroom with shower. The large east-facing balcony invites you to enjoy the view of the mountains from morning to night.
Parking spaces are available directly at the house, and bicycles and skis can be stored in a storage room.
The location in the Obergrainau district offers perfect opportunities for a variety of activities at any time of the year: long walks and hikes at the bottom of the Zugspitze, mountainbike tours past crystal-clear lakes and blooming mountain meadows, as well as unlimited skiing and snowboarding fun in winter. A cross-country ski trail is located in the immediate vicinity and the ski areas „Zugspitze" and „Garmisch Classic" entice with varied slopes and unique impressions.
Just a few minutes' walk away in the center of Grainau you will find various shopping facilities, the Zugspitze train station, the swimming and outdoor pool, the Kurhaus, a minigolf course and much more. A variety of restaurants are available for culinary vacation enjoyment, one of which is located directly on the first floor of the apartment house.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind (3Jahre). Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Tolle Lage. Zugspitzbahn, Bäcker, Schwimmbad, Musikpavillon zu Fuss erreichbar. Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieterservice Skinner. Dankeschön. Einziger Wermutstropfen - wir hatten die Ferienwohnung über dem Restaurant, uns hat das eigentlich nicht weiter gestört (es lief Musik und der Gastgarten liegt direkt unter dem Balkon, daher auch permanent Geräuschpegel).

Sehr schöne saubere gepflegte Wohnung und modern Eingerichtet. Es war alles da ausreichend Handtücher alle Küchengeräte. Sehr schöne Umgebung, ein Bäcker gleich in der Nähe und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung hat mir gefallen. Der Ausblick aus allen Fenstern war wunderbar. Alle Küchengeräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Internet war schnell. Es waren genug Hand- und Badetücher vorhanden.
