"Honestly the best hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time! Right away staff were friendly and attentive, they go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome. Our room was clean and spacious, and the complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice surprise! I had an adults only vibe in mind before we arrived but the hotel was super family friendly. We called a few times for extra towels etc and they arrived within minutes, so so good! Good service goes a long way and we can’t fault our stay at all! We’ll be back for sure!"

"My wife and i were landing in Auckland ftom a long flight from the UK in the morning, so we booked for the night before our arrival as well as the other nights we needed. Other hotels had a strict check in deadline, but Parnell was very accommodating to our needs so we could check in as soon as we arived in the morning. The accommodation was extremely clean and well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable and shower was amazing. Also had everything we needed to make our own meals and a bottle of milk to get us started with brews. Short walk to the popular Parnell Road, which has plenty of cafes and local shops. I would happily stay here again. In fact we are in NZ for a road trip of the north island (you can follow our journey on insta under make a buckey list)and if it works out I'll stay here again the night before we fly home.works out better for us, I'll"

As we had driven up from Hawkes Bay we were able to leave our car there whilst we were away, and also catch the shuttle to and from the airport, for our flights. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very helpful. It was an ideal place for us to stay, and we would happily stay there again in the future."
