In the district of Bina, 500 m from the centre, in a sunny position, 500 m from the skiing area, on a main road. For shared use: garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, children's playground (swing). In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter.
