Comfy 62 m2 apartment located on the 1° floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift (steps to access), ideal for 4 guests.  
  
The accommodation is located in Gradara, a town on the border between Marche and Emilia Romagna, a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Gabicce Mare and Cattolica and a 23-minute drive from Pesaro. The area is full of services such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is located in a ZTL and consists of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom.

The internal space is organized as follows:  
  
\- BEDROOM with double bed, single bed, chair, bedside tables, wardrobe, split A/C;

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Please note that check-ins beyond the indicated time go with the property and directly agree on a supplement as follows:

The accommodation is located 12 minutes by car from the center of Cattolica and 23 minutes by car from the center of Pesaro, famous for its historic buildings, which can be easily visited on foot: the Olveriano Archaeological Museum, Palazzo Mosca, the Conservatory of Music and Casa Rossini, the National Museum and the Rossini Theater rather than the Palazzo Ducale or the central Piazza del Popolo. The closest beaches such as those of Cattolica and Gabicce Mare are a 10-minute drive away, while the beaches of Pesaro can be reached in 25 minutes by car. The accommodation is located in an area equipped with all services such as bars, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets.

\- From Ancona airport: the apartment can be reached in 50 minutes by car;  
  
\- From Pesaro station, the apartment can be reached in 20 minutes by car;  
  
\- From Cattolica station, go to the XX Settembre Chiesa S.Pio bus stop (5 minutes on foot) and take bus 130 to the Gradara stop, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.
