On our first night, there was a complication with our key - it was 10pm and we didn’t have a room. However, one of the employees went above and beyond to take care of us, driving to us late at night to make sure we had a place to stay. I commend Bonavistas exceptional customer service and will definitely be rebooking when we come back!"
