The object is a cozy and tastefully furnished Non smoking-apartment (Bj. 2010) with southern terrace and parking in a detached house in a converted semi-basement area. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The living room has a Full HD TV, a stereo, a sofa bed and a fitted kitchen. The double bed in the separate bedroom is suitable for seniors and can be provided if required apart. About a second, step-free access, the apartment can be easily reached. You can store your own bicycles in the in-house garage.
