Our spacious holiday home accommodates up to 22 guests in 11 stylish bedrooms featuring comfortable box-spring beds. It includes 10 modern bathrooms and a large guest bathroom. With 8 of the bathrooms being en suite, the property is perfectly designed to provide groups with a sense of privacy and comfort. Up to 2 dogs are also warmly welcome here.

The villa’s outdoor area is a wellness oasis featuring an infinity pool with views stretching for kilometres, a panoramic sauna, and a covered Hotspring hot tub. A spacious terrace and lounge area provide the perfect setting for relaxing outdoors. The garden is available for your exclusive use. For cycling enthusiasts, there is a covered bike storage area, making the house an ideal starting point for exploration tours on two wheels. In addition, a goat enclosure you can walk through and a children’s playground are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Inside, the house offers a variety of amenities that will make your stay unforgettable. House Rules

We ask that all guests read the Villa Orange Tree house rules in their entirety and respect them.


1. Quiet Hours & Neighbors

Use of the outdoor area is no longer permitted after 10:00 p.m. With such a large group, unfortunately, some noise cannot be entirely avoided. In the common room, all windows must be kept closed after 10:00 PM to reduce noise for neighbors. This area is equipped with air conditioning. When playing music, please always be considerate of the neighbors and keep the volume at an appropriate level. Music is not permitted in the outdoor area. The standard legal quiet hours apply.

2. Glass, Trash & Cleanliness

Please take glass bottles and deposits with you or dispose of them properly in the glass recycling bins. You’ll find glass recycling containers if you follow the street “Im Weingarten” for 150 m. Please separate your trash and dispose of it in the designated bins. Organic waste is disposed of here in the general waste bin.

3. Duty of Supervision & Safety

Children under 14 years of age may use the pool, sauna, and hot tub only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Use of all facilities is at your own risk. Please be especially careful on wet floors (slip hazard, especially in winter).

4. Infinity Pool & Hot Tub

Do not put any personal care, swimming, or other products into the water.
Please shower before use.
Glasses and glass bottles are strictly prohibited in the pool; however, we do have nice plastic containers.
Jumping into the pool is prohibited.
Do not throw furniture into the pool.
Close the pool cover/hot tub cover after each use to save energy and heat. Please designate a “pool boy” or “pool lady” in your group to make sure the pool is closed; otherwise, it can easily be overlooked with such large groups.
Please check the chlorine levels in the hot tub yourself every day (test kits are provided).

5. Sauna

Use the sauna only with a towel as a mat.
Do not place any objects on the sauna heater.
Turn off the sauna after use.
Stepping onto the sauna roof is strictly prohibited.

6. Pool Table

Do not place any drinks or food on the pool table.
Please play only when the TV is fully folded down (risk of collision with the cues).
Handle billiards equipment with care and return it to its proper place after use.

7. Furniture & Equipment

Please do not slide furniture; lift it instead to protect the hardwood floor.
Always return outdoor cushions to the outdoor storage chests, as they may otherwise blow away.
All furnishings must be treated properly and with care.
Please report any damage immediately.

8. Dogs

Dogs are permitted only in bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 and in the common room (out of consideration for guests with allergies).
Please do not allow dogs on furniture or beds.
Please clean up after your dog outdoors immediately.

9. Smoking & Fire

Smoking is not permitted anywhere indoors.
Use open flames and candles only under supervision.
Place ashes from the fireplace in the metal bucket—NOT in the dustbin.
Use the grill only as directed and clean it after each use.

10. General

Confetti/glitter are prohibited inside the house
Do not put up decorations on the walls yourself
Fly drones only in accordance with the law
Please turn down the heat when windows are open

11. Check-out

Check-out is at 10 a.m. (5 p.m. on Sundays)
Strip the beds
Empty the refrigerator and take any remaining food with you
Run the dishwasher (don’t forget)
If used, clean the oven, grill, and fireplace
Empty the trash and ashtrays
Please check that all windows are closed and both exterior doors are locked
Lock the keys in the key box
