Our experience at Gabala 7 Gozel Hotel was very disappointing. We checked in at 14:00 as scheduled, but our room was not ready, and we had to wait around 30 minutes.
The service at the café near the pool was also terrible. Orders were forgotten, and we constantly had to go back and remind the staff about items we had already requested.
During checkout, we were unexpectedly told that we had a "debt" to the restaurant, even though we had already paid for everything. This caused another unnecessary delay while they tried to sort it out.
The room cleaning service was also below standard — our room wasn’t cleaned at all on the second day, despite us being out for most of it.
Overall, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. Poor service, lack of organization, and cleanliness issues made it a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend it to others.

The location and nature were absolutely amazing, situated at the foot of the mountains and surrounded by beautiful forest scenery. In the evenings, we enjoyed sitting outside in warm clothes and the cool, refreshing weather made the experience even more enjoyable.
The “Zarif” restaurant and its service were outstanding. It is an ideal place for celebrating birthdays and other special occasions. With live music, you can enjoy a truly memorable evening.
The swimming pool was spacious and very clean, and the heated sauna and Turkish bath were excellent as well.
Overall, this is definitely a place worth visiting. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by beautiful nature, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere.

The room was clean when we arrived, but the furniture was clearly not well maintained. The couch had cigarette burns, and the table was so wobbly that it was difficult to use.
The breakfast experience was also disappointing. When we ordered coffee, the staff didn’t seem attentive, and the breakfast selection was very limited, particularly for Western guests.
Overall, the property appears to need better maintenance and upkeep. One of the biggest disappointments for our family was the pool. The photos advertised beautiful waterfall features, but they were not operating during our stay, which was especially disappointing for our kids.
