Great stay, but when we were leaving, there was a HUGE block party thing happening in your parking lot. We could not get anyone to get our car from valet, and we ended up just getting our keys and doing it ourselves. Why would you allow such a massive block party on property? People are trying to come and go in peace. Very odd choice.

Air conditioning was nit working for the days we were there. Heat index of 112⁰ and no air...no compensation for this was offered. Was a very costly stay for such an inconvenience. Also my 86 year old mother felt very rushed to let the valet take the car when they had just pulled up and hadn't even gotten their luggage out of the car yet. Room was nice otherwise and room service was good.
