Bright new wooden house with enclosed garden 5 minutes from the beach

We are delighted to welcome you to Rozel Bay, a beautiful new 122-square-meter holiday home nestled in lush greenery, just 2 km from Gouville-sur-Mer Beach, famous for its colourful beach huts. You’ll watch the sun set over the sea between the lighthouse and the island of Jersey on the horizon.<br>The house is all on one level and features a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop) with a central island opening onto the living room and lounge. Two floor-to-ceiling windows flood the house with light and provide access to the terrace (with patio furniture and a parasol) and the wooded, enclosed garden.<br>Bedroom 1 has a 160x200 bed.<br>Bedroom 2 has two 90x200 beds.<br>Bedroom 3 is the master bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a heated towel rack; this bedroom has direct access to the terrace and the garden.<br>The beds are made upon your arrival.<br>A cot and accessories (high chair, etc.) will be provided upon request.<br>The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a walk-in shower, a bathtub, a towel warmer, and a toilet. We provide towels, shampoo, and soap.<br>A washing machine and dryer are available in the pantry adjacent to the kitchen. Laundry detergent is provided.We provide dishwasher tablets, oils, vinegar, salt, pepper, and spices, as well as a few Nespresso coffee pods.<br>In the enclosed garden, you’ll find a Weber grill and a shed painted in the same colours as the beach cabanas, where you can store your bikes; the garden overlooks a field where friendly Ouessant sheep graze.<br>There are plenty of activities for all ages in Gouville-sur-Mer: swimming, walks along the coastal trails, fishing with a rod or wading during high tides, stand-up paddleboarding, windsurfing, kitesurfing (the renowned spot at Anneville-sur-Mer, 5 km away, and the legendary spot at Siouville, 65 km away), sand yachting, horseback riding (one equestrian centre in Gouville, one in Agon-Coutainville) for rides on the beach, golf (in Agon-Coutainville), seafood tastings and visits to oyster farms, beach bars, and restaurants...<br>Agon-Coutainville: a renowned seaside resort 7 km away<br>Coutances: with its cathedral and the “Jazz s sous les pommiers” festival (in May) is 13 km away<br>The D-Day beaches are located 50 km away (Utah Beach and Sainte-Mère-Église) and approximately 70 km away (Omaha Beach and the American Cemetery at Colleville-sur-Mer).<br>Bayeux and its famous tapestry are 75 km away.<br>Mont Saint-Michel is 80 km away.<br>The Channel Islands, particularly Jersey, are just a stone’s throw away.<br>The Chausey Archipelago, a French territory renowned for its 365 idyllic islets and turquoise waters, is accessible by shuttle from Granville (40 km).<br>We wish you a very pleasant stay at our home, “Rozel Bay.”
