    Belle et grande maison très agréable, bien équipée. Grand espace boisé environnant. Propriétaire attentionné. Les 3 générations réunies ont bien profité des jeux disponibles : ping-pong, baby foot... Celles et ceux qui le souhaitaient ont pu se baigner à Étables, visiter la route des falaises ou jouer àau laser game à St Brieuc... Belles vacances pour toutes et tous. La situation de la maison permet des soirées animées sans craindre de déranger le voisinage.

    Nous avons passe de belles vacances en famille . Maison de campagne tres spacieuse . Les plages sont acceccibles en 25 min . Cette region est magnifique. Grand Jardin charmant , un vrai paradis pour les jeux des enfants. Un petit bemol sur la vétusté de certains équipements et des problemes d odeurs.....

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La meteo a ete de notre cote ce qui nous a permis de profiter des environs de cette belle region. La maison convient a une grande famille meme si quelques details sont a revoir ( etendoir a linge par exemple)

    On aimerait bien que tout fonctionne aussi bien que le poêle à bois !!! (heureusement qu'il était là.) Maison humide et froide à l'arrivée. Dans la cuisine il y a une nouvelle plaque, chouette !!! Le reste des équipements est vétuste. C'est fonctionnel mais pas vraiment confortable. Idéal pour l'été, un peu juste pour l'hiver !!! Pour les contactes, Emmanuel le propriétaire, est réactif. Et sur place l'accueil de Yolaine est parfait.

    Schitterende vakantie in Bretagne

    Na een voorspoedige reis kwamen we zaterdag in een echte Franse Cottage aan. Het huis was ruim, heerlijke tuin, genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. In het huis wel veel eigendom spullen van de eigenaar en niet alles even schoon. We hebben heel de kustlijn bezocht, schitterende stadjes, mooie natuur uitzichten, kostelijk zwemwater. Tot rust komen in dit huis is het zeker en met onze kinderen genoeg ruimte voor spel, bbq'en, tafeltennis. Veel te doen in de omgeving. Bedankt voor ons heerlijke verblijf.

    Belle maison rustique

    Le jardin est magnifique, la maison a le charme de l’ancien, du bois est à disposition pour faire du feu, des barbecues. Une grande pièce à vivre. J’imagine que des rénovations vont suivre dans des salles de bain, certains châssis… Belle maison conforme à la description. Hôte très réactif et soucieux du bien être des visiteurs. A 20 min des plages, dans la nature. Endroit très calme. Beaucoup d’info sur place pour passer un bon séjour, On était un groupe de 9 adultes et on a passé un très bon séjour à Goudelin ;-)

    un havre de paix

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison typique bretonne, un endroit calme avec un joli jardin arboré (malheureusement le froid et la pluie ne nous ont pas permis de profiter de l'extérieur) néanmoins, nous avons pu découvrir une superbe région, 20 min en moyenne de route pour voir St Brieuc ou encore Binic, à peine 10 min des supermarchés. La maison est grande et contient tous les équipements nécessaires pour accueillir un groupe! Emmanuel est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions! merci à vous!

    Gerne wieder!

    Wir hatten 2 großartige Wochen Familienurlaub mit 10 Personen zwischen 7 und 83 in diesem wunderschönen alten Haus. Für alle war ausreichend Platz, so dass wir auch die regnerischen Bretagne-Tage im Haus entspannt verbringen konnten. Das Haus mit dem großen Garten hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme - es ist weit entfernt von der sterilen Anonymität sonstiger Ferienhäuser. Man fühlt sich zu Gast und herzlich willkommen, was nicht zuletzt auch an Emmanuel liegt, der jederzeit ansprechbar war und gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt parat hatte. Danke dafür!

    Schönes gemütliches Landhaus

    Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Landhaus Goudelin sehr zufrieden. Es was sehr gemütlich, groß und ruhig gelegen. Emmanuel stand uns stehts für Fragen, Hilfe, Tipps etc. zur Verfügung und hat uns so schnell wie möglich geantwortet und weitergeholfen. Von unserer Seite würden wir das Haus weiterempfehlen, da von dort aus auch alles wichtige (Einkaufsläden, Restaurants, Tankstellen, Kiosk usw.) innerhalb von 10 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist.

    Nous avons passé 2 bonnes semaines dans la maison. Il y a beaucoup de place. Pour les enfants les plus petits il manquait un peu de sécurité mais ca marchait quand même. Attention si vous allez vous promener à pieds nus- il n'y a pas mal d'épines des marrons sur le terrain! La communiquation avec Maert étaut très bien! Merci pour ce séjour bien réussit!

    Superbe semaine

    Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette authentique propriété. Très beau et grand jardin où les enfants ont pu s'amuser en toute sécurité. Environnement d'un calme absolu, l'absence d'éclairage public nous a permis de belles observations du ciel étoilé et de la voie lactée. Maison isolée mais tout de même proche de toutes les commodités. Les propriétaires étaient charmants, toujours disponibles et prêts à nous donner de bons conseils. Si vous êtes nombreux n'hésitez pas, cette maison est parfaite ! Nous étions 6 adultes et 5 enfants. De la place largement pour tout le monde et il restait même encore 1 chambre double de disponible...

    A characterful property

    Our three generation family holiday in this large countryside property was well enjoyed and we have lots of happy memories. The youngsters loved the games room and ping pong table in the garage . The grandchildren loved the swing in the garden and playing games in the grassy areas. Sitting out on the patio in the evenings after a day at the many beautiful beaches within a short drive was relaxing in the scented rose , herb and jasmine filled garden. The property has lots of space and facilities and we enjoyed our stay there. It is a characterful property that we adapted to the needs of our youngest children using stair gates brought from home and moving some furniture as the stairs off the lounge requires the addition of a middle rail to improve safety.
