I give 5 star to the staffs they are very friendly and accommodating, the bathroom is very clean and the breakfast is excellent. On our last day we didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but they provided us a generous breakfast to take away as our flight was so early. Only the room is very plain and like an ordinary room without decorations, no hotel vibes at all. It has a good potential as the location is great. Should improve the rooms.

Liked that we had a spacious suite with a terrace. However, property on the whole was quite dated. Room had a damp smell and we had to ask staff to empty the fridge, as it was full of someone else's food including half a packet of smelly meatballs. Breakfast options fairly limited and coffee cold - they did have a gluten free roll for me on request but no other gluten free options.

It is a bit out of the way but treat it more like retreat in a quite place, better to get there by car and they have plenty of free parking.
Rooms are clean and big with all amenities being practical.
Lot of games for kids to play hence they would never want to leave the hotel, and must say all those areas are well maintained as well.
Staff are very professional and helpful.
Wellness area is ok but it can get a bit crowded as it is open for hotel and outside guests I believe.
Tried only breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good with plenty of choices.
