煙草の匂いが廊下中凄かった 吸わない人にはきついです。 値段が安いのでそこは仕方ないかな。 他はフロントの対応、気遣い等良かったです。朝食はとても美味しかった。特に昔ながらのナポリタン、カレー等 また利用したいホテルです。

夫婦でツインルーム利用でしたが部屋は充分な広さでした。冷蔵庫はなく保冷庫なのは残念でした。朝食はコロナ対策が充分されて美味しくいただきました。

スタッフの対応は良かったと思いました。 朝食無料サービスなども良かったです。 残念な点を挙げるとすれば、喫煙可の部屋だった為、煙草臭かった。あと、部屋が異常に暗かった点。がありました。

換気扇がうるさかった。シャワーが弱い。温度調節ができない。大浴場狭い。ウェルカムドリンクが8時までだった。8時5分についたので飲ましてくれても良いかなと思う。あとのサービスは、良かった。朝食も美味しかった。
