"I booked this hotel to attend a performance at the Berlin Philharmonie. My trip was postponed due to the cancellation of flights through Dubai as a direct result of the ongoing Middle East conflict: a force majeure situation affecting an entire international tour. I did not request a refund. I asked only for a credit note to apply toward a rebooked stay later in 2026. The hotel would have retained my full payment and gained a confirmed future booking. Over several weeks I sent multiple emails, each met with the same templated response citing booking conditions. Requests to speak with a General Manager were ignored or deflected, with the final response coming from a Reservations Manager repeating the same denial. I was unable to stay and cannot comment on the rooms or facilities. However, international travellers booking for specific events should be aware that this hotel does not appear to exercise discretion or goodwill in genuine force majeure circumstances."

"Extremely convenient location right next to the main train station. It also has lockers that you can use to leave luggage if needed. They even had extra large sizes which was great! I left my large suitcase there and took a small carry on size one with me on the train to Warsaw. I came back 3 days later and picked up my other bag! The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good."
