"Perfect place to stay away from the chaos of Heraklion! The food in the restaurant is AMAZING - definitely try the grilled mushrooms if you can (we had it twice)! The homemade white and red wine are also amazing! The room was clean and spacious, and the property itself is beautiful and peaceful. Nicolas was an amazing dinner host. We loved every minute of our stay! "

"Είχα κλείσει ένα δίκλινο δωμάτιο στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο για το φεστιβάλ των Ματάλων στις 21 έως 23 Ιουνίου 2019.
Έκανα την κράτηση στις 1 Απριλίου 2019.
Κατα την άφιξη μου λοιπόν, μου ανακοίνωσαν πως η κράτηση μου άλλαξε (;) και θα μείνω σε ένα άλλο ξενοδοχείο 500μ παραπάνω. Δεν με ρώτησαν, απλώς μου το ανακοίνωσαν! Η απάντηση τους στο ερώτημα μου γιατί έγινε αυτή η αλλαγή ήταν πως "Έγινε μπέρδεμα με τις κρατήσεις και δεν μπορεί να γίνει τίποτα".
Έτσι λοιπόν επειδή εκείνοι "μπέρδεψαν"...
