I asked to shorten my reservation to one night, but a male staff member told me no and said there was nothing he could do. Later that same day, I found more bugs on the bed and decided to check out a day early without a refund just to leave the hotel. "Excellent place to stay in Kotor Bay. The resort has great views and facilities are top notch. The breakfast spread is sooo good and is included with the stay. The staff are so welcoming and friendly - the check in process was the smoothest i have ever experienced. The room was squeaky clean and was provided with bottled water (2) for each night of stay for free of cost. Definitely going back when in Montenegro."
