Aggies Cottage, Goolwa North. Situated in a beautiful semi-rural setting where you can remain undisturbed. Opportunity for you to simply enjoy the peace and quiet or go out and explore Goolwa’s many attractions. Aggies has an enjoyable ambience, where you can be very comfortable. Full kitchen facilities are provided plus a BBQ and sitting area. There is undercover parking for your car. And its just a short walk to the River Murray or a short drive to the beach.

A gem in Goolwa

Quiet location. Rooms and amenities were clean & tidy. Lots of space for kids to play outdoors. Quick response by the host. Highly recommended!

Short getaway

It was a lovely quiet very peaceful getaway in a very clean cottage. Still close enough to the water and going out for a meal but quiet enough to see little traffic on surrounding roads. Very pleasant stay. Hosts very helpful if you need them.

Peaceful Goolwa Getaway

A lovely spacious clean property on the outskirts of Goolwa North. Near the river but far enough from Goolwa to have dark skies at night and total piece and quiet but for the birdsong. Great hosts, well stocked utensils, games and DVDs.. Everything you need for a chilled put break.

Aggies was quite, peaceful and very clean and comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy and pleasant. The lack of light pollution in the semi rural setting made I it excellent for exploring the night sky.

Quiet and Clean

Our stay was great. Was surprised the accom was close to the house initially, but we enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and quiet, the kids were entertained of an evening and the house was suitable for us. Even the communication was responsive but not obtrusive either. Would be happy to stay there again!

A delight

The peace and quiet of the location of Aggies Cottage was “just what the doctor ordered” and the cleanliness and comfort were impressive. And I was able to manage all my cooking, etc. with no real inconvenience.

Aggies is a treasure

What a lovely little place. We stayed with 2 kids (5 and 7 years old). We enjoyed the board games and some backyard cricket. Aggies is so homely, clean and tidy. It is a little back from the river and the beach so it is nice and quiet, which is reflected in the price. Beautiful setting. I feel like I've found treasure. We would love to go back again.

Rural gem

Off the main roads, down a quiet street. A clean little 2 br oasis. Price was very reasonable, hosts were very accommodating and communication was easy. Would definitely return for another stay. A couple notes: no Wi-Fi at the property, not a problem with phone coverage No laundry facilities at the property, but easy to take a short drive in a picturesque town to the laundromat. Takes coins or card and the Goolwa bakery was a lovely place to wait while the washing was on, just a minute's walk away.

Truely a home away from home

This property really surprised me and the photos online dont do it justice. It had little touches that meant so much such as, new body sponges, insect repellent candle, foil trays for bbq, bottled water and even a box of chocolates. How can i forget popsticles in the freezer. I felt so at home and on vacation at the same time. Thank you so much, my partner and i now want to retire into the country side one day

We stayed at Aggies for a short stay while working in the area. We found it very comfortable and accommodating. Plenty of accompaniments we're weren't expecting which were well appreciated. We didn't get to meet the hosts but their communication was great. This area seems like a wonderful place. I'll be back next time for holidays. Matt from Melbourne.

Stayed for 2 nights. Accommodation was clean and had everything needed for a getaway. Good communication from the hosts and the location is lovely. Our stay was affordable for our family and i would stay again.

Easy, comfortable and relaxing

Perfect place to bring the family, so much area to play outside, there were cows next door, the kids love watching them. We were so lucky to get chocolates, bottles of water, even home grown fruit. Definitely a get away to remember.

20-22 April Everything was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of blankets if it was cold at night. Lots of entertainment available with video's and games. The box of chocolates found in the fridge was a welcome surprise. The only downside was no Wi-Fi but overall Pauline and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends. 10/10.
