Excellent experience. Clean and comfortable with a luxurious feel. No staff but assistance was easily available on WhatsApp. Also such a charming location with a lovely restaurant downstairs.

The accommodation was in the centre of Hilversum town square, close to the train station. Various shops nearby - restaurants, fastfood, groceries, including a shopping centre. We loved our stay at the Alphabet apartment! The apartment was clean with complete equipment.

We had a wonderful stay here. I thought it was a brilliant little place with lovely staff. A canal right outside the front door where at times you can watch the boats pass. We arrived late and our key was made available to us well after hours. The people here genuinely like to make u feel comfortable here and as long as his place remains open it will be the place we will be staying at whenever we come to Amsterdam again. Reception were helpful and check in/ check out was easy. The underfloor heating didn’t work which meant the lounge area felt a little cold but reception gave us a portable heater which did work well. We were comfortable and I can imagine it would be stunning in good weather (we were unlucky with all the rain). There’s a tumble dryer and fresh linen etc. WiFi was excellent as was the tv choice for wet days. Deposit was returned quickly. There are extra fees (cleaning and bed linen) but the bed...

The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. I enjoy greatfully of every premise that the hotel provides. Sauna and spa 10/10 gym and clases 10/10. 10/10 hotel. Second time staying here. Rooms are spacious and stunning decor (altho some wear and tear in the rooms). The jet bath is incredible! The breakfast buffet is also great, lots of choices depending on what you fancy. I do think some of the food could be seasoned better but still good. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel so easy connections to central Amsterdam and other places. Room service pizza is quick and delicious. Super hotel, greal location. Staff amazing, young Ruben very helpfull throughout stay. Good size room, spotlessley clean, very quiet also. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff

Close to the Central Station so a handy location for the eurostar. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great base if your happy to walk (or cycle) to the main attractions. I was on the 2nd floor on the corner and outside noise was not issue. At points you can hear the trams rumbling but I didn't find it intrusive. They have a fun little bar that does great cocktails!
