Stayed in a single budget room which was clean and comfortable. The staff and owner make you feel very welcome. Good breakfast and well stocked bar - nice pint of Guiness. No complaints and great value. Pay and display car park a stones throw at £3 for 24 hours. No food in the evenings but would recommend the Dolphin chippy down the hill. Made a pleasant change from the corporate hotel chains.

Wonderful people in a charming setting. The bar is great, and access to town and to the ferry is quick and easy. It's a bit of an upward climb, but turning left out the front door takes you to the beautiful Pembrokeshire coastal trail.

This property is easy walking distance from the train. It is old world charm. You can hop on the coastal trail, just down the hill and follow it for miles along the coast. The ferry connects here for Ireland. The hotel is older but the staff is awesome and the breakfast superb. I found the room small but cozy.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the railway station. It's a pleasant place, albeit not for those with mobility issues. Welcoming, with a friendly bar serving real ale (a plus for me). My room was comforable and I had no complaints about the facilities. A good Welsh breakfast.

Had a most enjoyable stay. Room was first class. Had a really enjoyable breakfast. The pint of Guinness in the bar is top notch. Bernard and his staff were really helpful and friendly. Lovely atmosphere in the bar. Locals made me feel really welcome. Would highly recommend the Glendower.

Property needs updating, carpets & curtains & wallpaper /furnishings very old. Musty smell in the property plus smokers right outside front door with cigarette smoke coming in through open door & could even smell it upstairs. Comfortable bed, basic bathroom. Very close to the ferry port. Organised and friendly staff - Hannah stayed late to greet me and others from a late ferry. Room 9 was small (single) with a new shower /wc and was very clean and cosy and just what I needed after a very long day of driving and the late. I also couldn’t hear anything once in the room from the bar downstairs, which still seemed busy. I recommend this as it’s very convenient for the port
