\- ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen area, bathroom (walk-in shower) and separate toilet. - upper floor: small relaxation area, 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed) 1 bedroom (2 90x190 beds). - exterior: 30 m² terrace, large courtyard with basketball hoop and 800 m² field, large carport with ping-pong. Gîte adjoining the owners' home, separated by a large wall. Welcome to this pretty stone country house where the owners Christophe and Sandrine have invested a lot, carrying out the work and bringing the touch of modernity necessary for you to have an excellent stay. Want the coast? you will enjoy going to Plouha, a pretty seaside resort renowned for its beautiful beaches and in particular the picturesque one of Gwin Zégal dotted with tree trunks springing from the sea where a few boats still moor. You can go hiking on the many trails in the surrounding area. Stop off on the quays of Paimpol to enjoy a salted butter caramel crepe or continue on to Bréhat. Each day allows you to walk with different objectives (Saint Brieuc, Guingamp, Lannion, etc.). You can also do nothing and simply enjoy the countryside and the cottage. The hardest part: choosing your daily escape! At the gates of Guingamp and the Côte de Goëlo, welcome to Echappée Belle. Sandrine and Christophe, the owners living on site will be able to recommend their favorite addresses to enhance your stay....
