Studio on the sea, Eucalyptus Village

Comfortable and functional apartment, sea view, with a veranda with table and chairs. The apartment is 150 meters from the white beach of Marinella, equipped and served by café-bars, pedal boat rental and other boats, wind-surfing, water games. The studio, which includes an open kitchen area, washing machine, air conditioning and bathroom, is on the first floor and you just have to go down the stairs to have, in front of the pool and at the back of the private parking, reserved for the apartment. The Gulf of Marinella is a quiet town and at the same time at the beginning of the Costa Smeralda. Inside it offers various services, such as supermarkets, restaurants, small shops, ATM, medical guard, para-pharmacy, etc. Just 5 minutes away is Golfo Aranci, which during the summer transforms from a small fishing village into an important center of events and folklore. At 5 minutes on the other side there is the famous and famous Porto Rotondo, with its marina, its boutiques and its restaurants. A camping cot can be added for free.

Worst experience we’ve ever had.

Arrived to find property already booked out for 2 days. Host was absent minded and careless as was Vrbo when trying to resolve. The case remains open as we board our flight home with Vrbo providing no information to seek resolution, left to sort ourselves out. Not possible to call US number from area we stayed at. Utterly ruined a birthday getaway

Un appartamento molto carino dotato di tutto quello che si necessita, posizionato in una bellissima posizione vicino alla spiaggia. Anche la comunicazione con Manuel e' stata ottima. Gedateerde inrichting, goede airco. Netjes schoon. Duur voor wat je krijgt.

De beheerder is zeer behulpzaam en aardig. Spreekt goed Engels. Wij waren er in augustus, het strand was vreselijk druk, erg duur. Wel leuke strandtenten, maar ook duur. Dichtsbijzijnde dorp op anderhalve kilometer. In de omgeving zijn veel leukere dorpen om in een hotel of appartement te zitten! Druk is het overal.

Al nostro arrivo l'alloggio da noi prenotato non era disponibile. Ci siamo dovute adattare a ben 4 alloggi in 10 giorni. Tuttavia l'inconveniente è stato superato grazie alla cortesia e alla disponibilità dell'host Manuel e complessivamente il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole

Lovely apartment in a fab location

Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Well stocked kitchen for self catering although no washing machine as advertised. Beautiful pool shared with adjacent hotel and short walk to a beautiful beach. Manuel the owner was very helpful. Directions to locate office for key to apartment could be set out clearer from outset. Would however thoroughly recommend.

Appartement bien, mais organisation très médiocre

Nous sommes arrivés au lieu approximativement indiqué de la réservation, et que dire.. L'adresse n'étant pas exactement indiquée nous avons du tourner un moment avant de trouvé la bonne résidence ou se trouvait l'appartement, le rdv étant fixé sur le site à 16h nous avons donc commencé par attendre devant, puis ne voyant personne arrivé nous avons voulu joindre la personne en charge de l'appartement, aucun numéro de donné donc nous avons appelé le service client, qui a très bien fait son boulot en nous mettant rapidement en contact avec la personne. Nous avons du attendre 3h avant de pouvoir récupérer la location ( 19h au lieu de 16h)... Une fois récupéré, on nous annonce qu'il faut payer la taxe de séjour, les serviettes et les draps, chose qui n'avait pas été précisé sur le site de réservation. A la fin du séjour, nous avons du contacter la personne de la réservation pour savoir où laisser les clefs et il a eu 40min de retard.

Funktionelles Studio mit Meerblick und tollem Swimmingpool

Das Studio ist funktionell eingerichtet und mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Die Möbilierung könnte etwas besser aufeinander abgestimmt sein. Die Terrrasse mit Meerblick ist relativ groß. Die Ausrichtung des Studios nach nordwesten verhindert eine zu starke Erhitzung des Studios. Hervorzuheben ist der tolle, sehr große Swimmingpool und der herausragende Service des Vermieters.

Soggiorno fantastico....Sardegna da vivere

L'alloggio è piccolo ma molto confortevole e pulito con un bagno anch'esso piccolo ma nuovissimo. Buona soluzione per due persone. L'alloggio dispone di elettrodomestici (frigorifero con congelatore, lavatrice e addirittura lavastoviglie) nuovissimi e oltre al piano cottura c'è un fornetto a microonde.Inoltre c'è un piccolo balcone più che sufficientemente ampio per poter pranzare o cenare all'aperto con la visuale del mare. L'alloggio è situato in un contesto fantastico di assoluta tranquillità e vicinissimo alla Costa Smeralda. Ma anche le calette più vicine sono bellissime soprattutto se si ha voglia di percorrere qualche sentierino...camminando si trovano posti incredibili con una natura incontaminata e acque cristalline. Tuttavia nel complesso residenziale dove è situato l'alloggio c'è una bellissima piscina per chi non ama esplorare le bellezze della Sardegna. Manuel il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo...davvero una bella persona. Sia io sia il mio compagno siamo rimasti molto molto soddisfatti del soggiorno in questo monolocale. E un sincero ringraziamento a Manuel....

Vacanza in paradiso!

Appartamento super-confortevole, fronte mare con splendida vista sul Golfo di Marinella, piscina sotto casa e spiaggia ad un centinaio di metri. Abbiamo visitato anche i dintorni, specialmente Golfo Aranci e Porto Rotondo. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile, anche per aiutarci ad organizzare i nostri tours!
