It is one of the few exclusive villas in Punta Pedrosa. It is situated on a flat promontory covered by Mediterranean vegetation stretching across Cala Sassari's bay. It is 7 km from Golfo Aranci, in northeastern Sardinia, and just a 20-minute drive from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport and the ferry terminal. The villa is named for its 90 sqm beachfront patio, which is just a few steps from the white sandy shore and boasts breathtaking views of the bay. Partially covered by a pergola and protected from the mistral by a partition wall with a twin villa, the seafront patio is accessible both from the living area and from the master bedroom and flows seamlessly into the large garden of 650 square meters, overlooking a second patio with barbecue. It features a dining table for 12 guests, a small refrigerator, a hammock, and sunbeds, all designed for relaxation and privacy. Another covered veranda with a garden view features a masonry barbecue, a dining table, and an outdoor shower. The villa's outdoors are constantly ventilated, perfect for enjoying even the hottest hours of the day. INTERIORS The 100 square meters of interiors, with their furnishings and choice of colors reflecting the Sardinian style, create a warm and welcoming environment. The villa, all on one level, can accommodate up to 7 people. The property includes a small, well-equipped kitchen and a bright living area with a fireplace, dining table, and satellite TV. A large French window opens to the terrace, offering a beautiful sea view. The sleeping area includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each with windows and showers. The master bedroom features a writing desk and a double bed, while the adjacent room offers two single beds and a large desk for studying or remote work. Both bedrooms offer spectacular views of the entire bay. The third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, overlooks the garden, and includes a double bed and a single bed. THE GARDEN The private garden is fully enclosed and measures approximately 650 square meters. It gently slopes from the driveway to the gate leading to the beach. Next to the gate, there is a shower for rinsing off after enjoying the beach. The garden is spread on three sides and features a lawn with plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub and decorative planters. PARKING The villa has ample space for parking up to three cars. CALA SASSARI BAY: a natural paradise blending relaxation and enjoyment! Sheltered from the winds, it boasts vibrant colors in the sea, sand, and cliffs under the sun. The 500-meter-long beach features a mix of white, golden, and brown grains. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation on rocky peaks, the bay creates stunning emerald and turquoise reflections in the water. The sandy bottom slopes gently near the shore, making it safe for children to swim and play. Das wunderschöne Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer wundervollen Bucht mit privatem Strandzugang. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit vielen liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Die wunderbare Gastgeberin Cristina hat dort einen Platz geschaffen, an dem man sich sofort wohl und willkommen fühlt. Es ist alles sauber und gepflegt und es fehlt an nichts - sogar Spielsachen für Kinder, Strandmuschel als Sonnenschutz, kleine Strandstühle und noch viele andere Dinge sind vorhanden. Das Haus bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick auf eine wunderschöne Bucht mit Sandstrand und türkisfarbenem Wasser - man kann sich gar nicht daran satt sehen. Der Kontakt mit Cristina findet auch schon im Vorfeld statt, sodass alle Formalitäten schnell geklärt sind und der Urlaub beginnen kann. Bei sämtlichen Fragen (z.B. Mietwagen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Ausflugszielen) hat sie uns sehr schnell und gut Auskunft gegeben und war für uns erreichbar. Wir waren das erste Mal auf Sardinien und es war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Dich liebe Cristina, es war einfach traumhaft. ##### Daniela S.
