Thank you Mikki for that after a stressful day of travel from the U.K. All members of staff, including the Receptionists, Breakfast Room and the Bar Staff that we had dealings with were polite and courteous and happy to help. Despite the very high temperatures outside, we took advantage of the Spa and enjoyed the Sauna and Steam Room, both of which were invigorating and the cool...
