Disadvantages- the apartment is very dated. Needs to be refurbished. They state they are 4.5 stars, this is very misleading; I would rate 3.5 stars. Bed was extremely hard which meant a poor sleep, but thankfully they were able to help with bed topper with made it slightly more comfortable. Carpet and furniture are very worn/old. Carpet had long black hair on it in bedroom. Shower temperature altered whilst using.
