Outdoor pool which features heavily in images was closed (assumed only opens for the summer season), but inside pool nice enough, even if changing room signage isn't brilliant."

"There are no breakfast available for my room . I expected to get complimentary breakfast when I booked. I have to book 2 rooms because 2 adults and 1 kid (11 year old). I requested 2 rooms connected but they offered 1 room on 9 floor and other 4 floor. This is worse experience I had, they r so busy so they don’t care. "

"A perfect hotel near Haneda airport if you’re on an early flight out. Lovely rooms. Lovely staff. A restaurant on-site and a convenience store round the corner. Free regular shuttle bus to all terminals seats 12, but plenty of taxis / Ubers around too. "
