"The hotel exterior is really well done and the rooms look in good shape overall at first glance, but we had quite a few issues. At check in, the front desk staff were rude. When we showed them the reservation number, they took a while to find it and made it seem like it was our fault. We got to our room and it was pretty dirty. "It’s ok, but only ok. Far too expensive for what you get and not a five star hotel. Cleaning was done after 5 pm almost every day same time we wanted to use our shower. Forgot some kind of towels every day. We had a pool villa and before cleaning it was way too many leaves all over. Not nice. Restaurant forgot our order a few times. But the most annoying thing was that there was absolutely no chans to get a sunbed by the pool our whole stay. "
