"Heimathafen" Vacation Apartment

The holiday home is located in the heart of the quiet, idyllic village centre of Polchow, just a few minutes’ walk from the Großer Jasmunder Bodden. Built in 2020, the holiday home features two holiday apartments—one on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor. The garden adjacent to the house is available for shared use. The property includes parking spaces for cars and storage areas for bicycles.

The “Heimathafen” holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and features a terrace. This 3-room apartment, with a living area of 80 square metres, accommodates up to 4 people. The living-dining room with an integrated, open kitchen is modern and decorated in light colours. In addition to a cosy couch area with a flat-screen TV, there is a large dining table. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and, of course, a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is a bathroom with a shower. Wi-Fi is scheduled to be installed in the building by summer 2019. A parking space is available at the building.
