Waterfront Home with Spectacular Viewsof the Annisquam River

  • Watch the beautiful sunsets over the Annisquam River from the deck or just enjoy the scenic views all day long of Merchants Island, Jones Creek and Wingaersheek beach at a distance. Simply spectacular.

    This vintage home built by a boat captin in the 1890’s has six bedrooms on the second floor and sleeps up to 10people. Large eat in kitchen with two seating areas. There is a half bath off the kitchen, and a bathroom with a tub on the second floor. The walk out lower level has a newer bath with shower and laundry. You may swim from the property or boat from the shore or dock with a canoe, kayak, flippers, mask and snorkel and get ready for a fabulous vacation. (We do not supply any of these
