The cottage is steps from Niles Beach at the entrance of Eastern Point. The cottage sits on 1.3 acres and is dramatically set on rocks that overlook Gloucester Harbor, with views of downtown Boston. The cottage sleeps up to 10 people and has a fantastic 40 foot long porch perfect for reading, playing games, or taking in the sunset.
