Very Private, Close to all Glenwood attractions, Pets welcome. 420 friendly!

  • Located in Glenwood Springs, this light filled basement studio apartment is a dream. With a cozy private atmosphere and all the essentials including a washing machine, dryer, and high speed WiFi, Keypad door lock. Pets are welcome for an extra $50 per stay fee (see under fees). There is a large fenced in yard for dogs to safely roam. I do the poop scooping. The kitchen is a small one but has a toaster, microwave, fridge, hotplate, coffee pot, and small sink.There is also an 18’ Tipi and a sweat lodge on the property for you to enjoy any time. I will build a fire in the Tipi and supply wood for $30. I will also host a Sweat in my unique sweat lodge for $100. This place is close to town but feels very private. Only about one mile to the Hot Springs and to Glenwood Adventure Park. There is a very special peaceful vibe about this place. And the perfect base for all your biking, hiking, skiing, rafting, swimming , golfing or paragliding adventures!!!!

The place is so cute and comfortable with great vibes. David and Cat were great hosts, so sweet and gracious. Our dogs loved it, we will definitely stay here again when we are in Glenwood.

The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Super pet friendly, my 2 dogs loved the yard and enjoyed meeting the neighbor dogs! Super cute fairy gardens, a hobbit hole and other fun features on the property. My sister and I enjoyed walking around and taking pictures. Room was super clean with cold water and snacks awaiting us. The beds are comfortable. Wonderful views and plenty of places to relax on the property - with shade! - in between your fun adventures. Would 100% recommend!

The hosts were amazing ! We stayed a couple nights, and really loved the yard and dog run that was available for our puppy to run around in. He doesn’t have a yard at home so the space was amazing for him. The place was cozy and we had a couple chats with the hosts while out in their yard. Whenever we come back to Glenwood, we’re going to look to stay here again.

We had a great weekend at this property! The unit had everything we needed. We really appreciated the coffee, water in the fridge, and general basic kitchen items. The outdoor space was peaceful with beautiful views. This property was perfect for us to visit nearby Glenwood attractions. The hosts were communicative and available if we had any questions. This place was the cherry on top of a great weekend away in Glenwood. The property was a blast for our preschool boy! He loved everything from the tee-pee & the sand pit to the fairy gardens & bunkbed-his imagination was running all weekend. We were greeted by the hosts who made us immediately feel welcomed into their clean, safe, simple, easy to get to space. Traveling with an infant (1 year) isn’t easy but the coziness & simplicity of this space made it possible. We hope to visit again soon!

David and his wife were friendly and helpful. There was some fruit, granola bars, tea, coffee, ice, and cold water.In addition, there are plenty of towels, pillows, and kitchenware. I also appreciated that there wasn't a long list of cleaning chores expected when we left. I would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this property in Glenwood Springs last week. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed — from a fully stocked kitchen to extra towels and cozy blankets. The location couldn’t have been better — close to downtown, the hot springs, and plenty of great restaurants, yet peaceful and private enough to really unwind.The hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly, checking in to make sure everything was perfect. The attention to detail really stood out — from the welcoming touches when we arrived to the clear instructions for check-in and checkout.After long days exploring the area, it was wonderful to come back to such a comfortable space. We especially loved relaxing on the patio and taking in the mountain views.I’d highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Glenwood Springs. Think about having a private park right outside you front door. Bring good shoes and enjoy some hammock time and a half dozen or so sitting areas along the path to the tepee. There are several sitting areas inside the fence by their garden to enjoy to view of the hillside too. Probably the most relaxing place we have rented. The owners are creative artists and it shows throughout to property. Good coffee and a few snacks are provided also. Very private for a very busy Glenwood Springs. Just a few minutes from downtown and the expressway. We will return when we can.

This was such a great stay. Really clean, nice fruit basket, comfortable beds. My six year old loved the “treehouse” bed, the hammock, and the tipi. We would love to stay here again.

We had an amazing time in Glenwood Springs, lots of great food and things to do! This property was perfect for our needs and a great deal. The hosts were very nice. Our dogs loved the large fenced in yard and the property has so many cool features that we had fun exploring. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you have dogs.
