Garage, driveway and backyard are not available for Guest`s use.
Slippers are provided for your enjoyment during your stay. Parking for up to 3 cars available on street in front of the home.
Please bring own firewood for wood burning stove.
This home offers streaming services only and does not have cable.
Travel Protection: We HIGHLY recommend purchasing our trip cancellation insurance as there are NO REFUNDS if canceled within 7 days of arrival, regardless of the reason (including illness, flight delays, weather, road conditions, etc.). This house is located in a private, quiet neighborhood with lots of open space, mature trees and mountain views. It feels far removed from the hustle and bustle, but yet is only a stone throw away from downtown. It`s an ideal location!
This home is within walking distance of downtown but it is recommended that you have a car. There is a local valley wide bus system as well as taxi service.

HOUSE RULES
You, as the Guest, accept and assume full responsibility for ensuring any person permitted at the Property abides by the rules expressed herein. Upon booking, reservation and payment, you agree to abide by the following rules:
A. You are responsible for all occupants of the home and must require that all rules herein, as well as the within the Short Term Rental Agreement, are followed.
B. No one under the age of twenty-five (25) shall qualify to rent this property. You shall not rent or stay at the Property unless there shall be at least one Guest over the age of twenty-five (25) concurrently renting or staying at the Property. All children must be under direct adult supervision at all times.
C. Please take Garbage/Trash to the curb on the scheduled day(s) of trash removal and not before, as indicated in the Guest Guide located within the Property.
D. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM daily. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
E. You are solely responsible for any other person at the Property. Additional persons above the maximum occupancy of the home may NOT stay overnight at the Property.
F. You will be responsible for any fine and/or violation that is imposed on the Homeowner due to the negligence of any person permitted on the Property by you.
G. You agree not to use the Property for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to, the sale, use or possession of illegal drugs on or around the Property.
H. Absolutely no hazardous materials are permitted to be in or around the Property at any time.
I. The burning of candles is not permitted within the Property, with the exception of birthday candles.
J. Under no circumstances may a stove, oven or range be used as a source of heat. All appliances are to be used only for their intended purpose.
K. Charcoal and Gas Barbecue grills may not be used inside any structure located on the Property.
L. You may not bring your own grill (of any type) or fire pit for use on the premises.
M. Tents or other structures may not be erected on the Property without.
N. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the Property.
O. All windows and doors must remain closed during inclement weather.
P. You shall notify Manager of any pest control problems.
Q. The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at your own risk. You further understand that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement.
R. You may not block the fire escape at any time.
S. The Homeowner does not permit gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by you or any person permitted on the Property during your stay which results in any police action, complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement, immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law.
T. Housekeeping: While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. No towels or linens shall be taken from the house. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged to you for each booking and reservation. Even though a cleaning fee is charged, you are expected to leave the Property in a neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon your departure.
U. Damage Protection Policy: A mandatory fee for third-party accidental rental damage insurance will be automatically charged to each booking. Should the assessed damages and or the amount of missing items, exceed the maximum limits of the insurance policy, you shall be held responsible to pay for the deficiency.
