Guest may not block the fire escape at any time. S. The Homeowner does not permit gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by Guest or any person permitted on the Property during Guest\`s stay which results in any police action or complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement with immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law. T. No towels or linens shall be taken from the Property. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged for each confirmed reservation. Guest is expected to leave the Property in a neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon Guest\`s departure. U. A mandatory damage protection policy fee for third-party accidental rental damage insurance will be automatically charged to each booking. This house is beautifully located in a very quiet area. We loved having dinners on the back porch and hot tub stays. Instructions in the house were very clear and the beds were very comfortable. Beautiful home and property, very spacious for our family of 10\. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!It was clean, well stocked with everything you need to prepare, cook, and eat, plenty of towels and toiletries etc. Lovely yard and outdoor area and the hot tub was clean and very easy to use.
