This century old home 3 bedroom 2 bath home has been completely refurbished and has all the comforts of home! The main level features contemporary furnishings and decor with an open floor plan, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that seats 8. The primary bedroom features a king bed and bunk room which are on the main level, with a shared bathroom. The upper level features a bedroom with a king bed, bathroom and a media room with a sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping option. The large deck and outdoor seating areas are a great place to unwind at the end of an adventurous day. Play a round of bocce on the small private court, huddle around the fire pit to make s\`mores during warmer months, take a short hike on the backyard trail or relax and enjoy the sunset and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and town. All children must be under direct adult supervision at all times. C. Smoking, vaping and all recreational drug use are NOT permitted in the house or on the Property. A fine will be assessed if these policies are not observed. D. You must take Garbage/Trash to the curb on the scheduled day(s) of trash removal and not before, as indicated in the Guest Guide located within the Property. E. Pets are NOT permitted in the house or on the Property unless otherwise stated in the listing. Manager is not authorized to make exceptions to these terms. Not abiding by these terms may result in eviction and forfeiture of amounts paid. F. You, or any other person on the Property during your stay, may not interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM daily. The burning of candles is not permitted within the Property, with the exception of birthday candles. O. Under no circumstances may a stove, oven or range be used as a source of heat. All appliances are to be used only for their intended purpose. P. Charcoal and Gas Barbecue grills may not be used inside any structure located on the Property. Q. You may not bring your own grill (of any type) or fire pit for use on the premises. R. Tents or other structures may not be erected on the Property. S. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the Property. T. You shall use ventilating fans at all times when bathing or cooking. U. All windows and doors must remain closed during inclement weather. V. You shall notify Manager of any pest control problems. W. The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at your own risk. You further understand that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement. X. You may not block the fire escape at any time. Y. The Homeowner does not permit large gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by you or any person permitted on the Property during your stay which results in any police action, complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement, immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law. Z. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. No towels or linens shall be taken from the house. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged to you for each booking and reservation. You must keep the Property, inside and out, clean and sanitary at all times. Even though a cleaning fee is charged, you are expected to leave the Property in a clean, neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon your departure. AA. This house is privately owned. The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Property. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of any Guest or any other person. It was a large space but still cozy. We enjoyed the location to everything as well as loved seeing big horn sheep stroll by outside the kitchen window. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen table was great for both eating and playing games. There were books and toys, which was very nice. We didn’t realize that there wouldn’t be coffee provided and one bathroom didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner, and since we had flown in and were only staying two nights in this location, that was inconvenient. The stairs going to the upper level might be tricky for some. But overall we very much enjoyed our stay, and enjoyed watching the marmots and birds from the very nice deck. ##### Jill S. We enjoyed our mini-vacay in this great house in Glenwood! Location was fabulous - we only drove to the ski resort, walked everywhere else. And the house was cute and comfortable. Our teens loved the crazy staircase and upstairs space. We'd stay again!It would be good to note in the description that the TV is upstairs since those stairs are not necessarily accessible to all...you'd have to see to understand. Wasn't an issue for us, but certainly could be for some, especially in winter when the outside stairs would be a less desirable option. ##### Melanie C. This property was clean and close to everything that we wanted to do. We walked to the Colorado Hotel and checked out their holiday displays and then walked downtown. Exploring The Caverns and soaking at Iron Mountain Hot Springs were fun adventures and were very close to the property. One of the highlights of the trip were the Bighorn Sheep that came down the mountain on the first morning we were there. They were right outside of the kitchen window in the morning and spent most of the day on the hillside. ##### Tim K. Can walk to the hot springs and downtown. Had some wildlife visitors which the kids loved. Upstairs is great for separate space. My dad stayed up there and basically had his own apartment. House does get warm, but there were a couple fans to use. The stairs to go upstairs are narrow and steep, so if you have mobility issues, you'd want to plan to stay in the two bedrooms downstairs. ##### Alyssa A. Updated kitchen with everything you need to cook. Very clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Kids loved the separated bunk beds - great fort making opportunity.
