And when we arrived, it there was issue with the water not working in it and several other issues . I tryed to call them and got no answer and said they would try to get maintenance but we never heard anything back and we told them about all the issues, and I was told I should have contacted them but I tryed and they wouldn’t answer.. "

"My wife and I stay at many, and I mean many vacation rentals each year as we love to travel. I must say without hesitation that this vacation stay was top of the best and most definitely a fantastic stay! The little cabin was tastefully rustic from the outside and once we stepped foot inside the modern attention to detail and updates was spot on. It was so clean, the back enclosed deck facing Lake Hamilton was amazing, the bathroom was super clean and the beds were way comfy We highly recommend this stay and we will definitely tell all friends and family that this is the go to and only place to stay if visiting Hot Springs!"
