"Nice bar/restaurant and nice having a gym on premises"

"Requested earlier check in and staff were able to accommodate and good service. No air conditioning in the room as broken, but there was a little electric heater that did the job. Bathroom very clean, Loved the bath tub and very powerful shower. The room was generally clean, but could really do with a deep clean to remove dust. Had to clean along headboard myself as very dusty. Overall was lovely & would stay again. "

"New parking charge of £10 per day. Ants in bedroom, pool locker jammed and had to wait 25 mins to get clothes etc and asked for a towel to be told to use the hairdryer to warm myself. No plug in wash hand basin. Feel that hotel has been let to run down lately. Food expensive !!! "

"Great central location. Staff from reception to breakfast were helpful and friendly. Shout out for Luke who made a fantastic first impression when we checked in. We had a corner room which was very spacious. The hotel was extremely well maintained in all area. The gym was a bonus and well equipped. All in all a very good experience, would definitely use again when visiting Dundee "
