"One of the most bad experiences I had ever The staff is rude and don’t care and don’t even check If they have aged or no or ketchup or no or even anything you ask for Everybody they are I say the other department go for it Very busy and all tourists come mid s hotel to enjoy in The pool desk was closed although given on the app and I thought that there is pool Even if it’s raining next day it was sunny why they don’t open it !! Or even let us sit on the chairs beside it And I didn’t see even coffe machine That was regret and room smaller than my restroom and view is terrible "

"The hotel was clean. The atmosphere was pleasant. Staff were very friendly and helpful delays and uncertainty with the elevators were a problem. Love the location, of course."

"We got a $10 credit each day towards food or beverages. We were told the bar closed each night at 12:30 with last call at 11:30. One night we got there at 10:15 and it was already closed. Two other days, last call was even earlier. Very frustrating to not be able to use our credit. "
