"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel on the Upper West Side! The location truly couldn’t be better — just steps from Central Park and Columbus Circle, and an easy, pleasant walk to Times Square. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city while still enjoying a quieter, more relaxed neighborhood atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or directions. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, making it easy to unwind after a full day in the city. Overall, an excellent experience in a fantastic location — I would absolutely stay here again!"

"The location of the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel is excellent, but the overall experience was disappointing. I joined Marriott Bonvoy before my stay and received an app notification on arrival morning that my room was ready. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I was told no room was available and that the app was incorrect. After checking back multiple times throughout the day, we eventually returned in the evening and were able to check in just before 7:00 p.m., making for a very long arrival day. There were also repeated credit card charges during the stay ($200 and multiple $150 charges) that were not clearly explained upfront. As an international guest with USD limits on my card, this caused unnecessary stress. While one staff member was eventually helpful in clarifying and stopping further holds, the process lacked transparency. Housekeeping did maintain the room well, but overall the service and communication did not meet expectations. I would not stay here again. "

"Staff and location were great however there is no air conditioning- I looked at so many hotels before booking I could have missed that but I thought it said they did have it. The barn door style bathroom door did not close, and the cold knob on the faucet was stripped. I would consider the air conditioning to have only been a minor convenience. Since it was February and not actively snowing or raining, we just left the windows open. I’m sure we would have slept better and more quietly though if we could have closed the windows. I would also not want to stay in July without AC! "

"I couldn’t be happier with the hard rock hotel. The employees throughout the experience were more than courteous and helpful. It was a huge plus that they sent up a refrigerator when I called to ask for one. That’s something many properties will not do for you, but they did and that helped preserve some expensive leftovers! The rooms were clean, to include the bathroom. I would highly highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Manhattan, especially Midtown"

"Just in off famed Park Avenue, and a few blocks away from 5th Madison and 5th Avenue (shopping galore), as well as Central Park (easy to walk up to the Central Park Zoo, and if you want to get your steps in, up to the Met), this boutique hotel is a find. Especially as the rooms (we had two queen beds) were much larger than most in NYC at the same price range. While there's no food in the hotel, restaurants and coffee shops abound as soon as you walk out the door. And many rooms have small kitchenettes. The staff is lovely and helpful, the beds are very comfortable, and we would certainly stay again."
