"Great place for families as well as others. We had a great room and the restaurant at the lake had good food and excellent staff. We enjoyed the band which was a pleasant surprise. We were a group of 4 retired coupes(long retired) and enjoyed our stay. Short drive to Minden hills and Haliburton towns."

"The whole house was very clean and well supplied with items. We travelled with pets and that worked well because there is a lot of outdoor space for them and for us to play some outdoor yard games we had brought with us. There was adequate furniture for the 5 of us plus guests to dine and play board games.The access to the lake is across the road from the cottage. The access provided us with a smooth entrance and exit on the lake. A canoe was available with the use of the cottage. We enjoyed our stay."

"Spent one night here. The accommodations were perfect, we wanted a quiet, clean place to spend the night and this was it. The owner was wonderful, the room was ready for us and our personal key codes were already entered in the locks. The shared bathroom and kitchen were modern and clean. We would definitely stay here again."

"The property was exactly as described and contained everything a family could possibly need. They even bought a blender for us after we asked if there was one in the kitchen. There’s provision for both heating and cooling if needed. It was very comfortable and charming. There is a road between the cottage and the beach, but there is little traffic, so it’s easy to cross. A couple of small problems: a pocket door to one of the bedrooms would not stay closed; lighting needed labelling to be found in 2 places.Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much."

"Great place to recharge and enjoy family timeWe spent four nights here with our two boys and it was exactly the reset we needed. The lake view is gorgeous — we found ourselves out on the deck every morning with a coffee just taking it in.The swimming was great right off the dock, and the kayak and water-bike was a great bonus :)The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed for a family stay, and the location is peaceful and quiet.We'd happily come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
